How much does powder coating cost?
There's no flat price. The cost depends on the size and number of parts, how much old coating and rust has to come off, the surface or substrate, the finish and number of coats, your color choice, masking, any repairs, and removal and reinstallation for installed pieces. What colors and finishes can I choose?
Powder coating comes in a wide range of colors and finishes — gloss, satin, matte, textured, metallic, candy and clear. Single stage uses one coat of powder with no clear. Two-stage adds a base plus a clear or color coat, which is how candy, metallic and chrome-look finishes are built. We can also color-match to a sample you bring.
How long does a powder coating job take?
Turnaround depends on the size of the job, how much prep and blasting it needs, the finish and number of coats, and what's already in the oven. A single set of wheels is faster than a gate or a frame. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when we quote, and we confirm pick-up and delivery when you book.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes. Drop-off, pick-up and delivery details are confirmed when the job is booked. For larger or installed pieces, removal and reinstallation are discussed when you book. Mobile blasting comes right to your home, business, marina, plant or job site.

Yes for blasting and prep. Dustless and mobile blasting is done on-site at your home, business, marina, plant or job site. The powder coating itself is cured in an oven in the shop, so the coating is a shop job — but the blasting and prep can come to you.
