Powder Coating Technician
Spray and cure powder coatings on a range of metal parts — from brackets and wheels to gates and equipment. You'll prep parts, load the oven, and inspect finishes for quality.
Qualifications
- • Experience with electrostatic powder spraying and oven curing
- • Eye for color matching and finish quality
- • Comfortable with physical shop work and standing for shifts

Abrasive Blaster / Mobile Blasting Operator
Blast parts to bare metal in the shop and run mobile dustless blasting on-site at homes, marinas and job sites. You'll set up equipment, control dust, and leave clean metal ready to coat.
Qualifications
- • Experience with dry abrasive and dustless blasting
- • Comfortable working on-site and traveling to customer locations
- • Safety-minded — full PPE and dust control always
